We will complete prior authorization for you for your insurance. This may require you to complete lab work unless you have done so already and can fax or email it to us. If you are uninsured or just know that your insurance does not cover the prescription and you want to avoid the hassle and delay we can get a vial shipped to you overnight next business day and here are our prices. The following does not include the televisit consultation fee of $75.00. We also do not accept insurance for your televisit as this is a cash only service we are offering.
